Jim
Bats: Right
Throws: Left
Jim is by far the most dominant power hitter in the league.
His mammoth homeruns and his ability to crush any pitch make it a
difficult task to pitch to him. Any ball thrown inside or around
eye level has potential to land on the other
side of the homerun line off Jim's bat. Sometimes,
he can be vulnerable to pitches tailing away from him or pitches that
rise up above his eyes, though he is not fooled easily. He has crushed more homeruns
in TWL history and has hit most of the longest shots in our
league's short history. As a pitcher
he possesses an unbelievable breaking ball that is very effective
if he is able to get it over the plate. His side arm delivery
is able to trick a lot of batters and the tremendous curve
on the ball often leaves them swinging at air. His pitching has
improved greatly and he is now arguably the best pitcher in the league.
He doesn't overpower batters, he merely is able to fool them with a variety
of breaking pitches mixed up with a fastball to leave
them continuously guessing.
